There is no single price for a custom sign. Dimensions, materials, illumination, quantities, artwork and installation access affect the quote. Ask for an itemised scope and confirm any delivery, installation or other charges before approving.

Timing depends on the artwork, materials, quantities and installation arrangements. Share your deadline at the enquiry stage; the team can confirm a schedule for your particular job before production.

Creative design and installation are available services. Include them in your enquiry so the scope, artwork requirements and installation access can be discussed in the quotation.

Approval requirements depend on the site, sign type and property or authority. Dubai Development Authority publishes an advertising-permit route for sites in its jurisdiction; other locations may use a different route. Confirm the applicable permissions before fabrication, and share your site details when asking about signage plans and permit support.

Yes. Send the emirate and site location with your brief. Delivery, survey and installation availability outside Dubai need to be confirmed for each project.

Share both language versions and your brand guidelines when you enquire. Confirm the wording, reading order and final layout before artwork approval. Tell us if you need help preparing either language.

Everything we make is custom, so we can’t take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you. Yes, for free, before you approve the design proof, and you get a full refund. Once you approve the proof, production starts and the order can’t be cancelled.

We process refunds within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the returned items. It then takes 3 to 5 working days to show in your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.

Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don’t hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.

Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can’t deliver to a PO Box. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing. See our Terms and Conditions.
