What can we make
for your business?

Start with what customers need to see, find or understand.

We provide custom indoor and outdoor signs, illuminated lettering, vehicle graphics, window frosting, wall graphics, exhibition displays and printed materials. A new shop may need an entrance sign and window lettering; an office may need a reception logo, privacy film and room identification. Choose the service that fits the setting, then define the materials and fitting requirements.

Not sure which sign you need?
Send a photo of the space and tell us what the sign should do. You do not need a finished design to start an enquiry.

01 / WHAT WE MAKE

Find the right signage,
graphics or print service.

These six starting points cover the main ways customers use our services. Open a category for the individual sign types, artwork considerations and quotation details.

Service visuals are AI-generated design concepts, not photographs of completed projects.

01 / Storefront & building signs

Illuminated & exterior signs

Identify your shop or building with storefront lettering, metal signs, illuminated letters or lightboxes. Start with the frontage width, viewing distance and daytime or night-time visibility. Power, mounting height and site access matter when planning an illuminated sign.

02 / Interior signage

Reception & interior signs

Bring a consistent identity inside with reception logos, room signs, directories and wayfinding. A reception sign presents the brand; a directory explains where to go. Share your wall finish, room list or floor plan to help define the right combination.

03 / Vehicle branding

Vehicle & fleet branding

Choose a full wrap, partial graphic or cut lettering for cars, vans, buses and commercial fleets. Simple contact details and a larger promotional design need different coverage. Provide the vehicle model and photos so doors, curves and panel breaks can be considered.

04 / Window graphics

Window & wall graphics

Use window lettering for business details, printed graphics for promotions and frosting where a glass partition needs a different level of privacy. Wall decals and murals add graphics to interior surfaces. Glass type, wall condition and removal plans affect material selection.

05 / Event displays

Exhibition & event displays

Plan a portable event presence with retractable banners, fabric walls, flags and display graphics. Tell us whether you need a complete display or a replacement print for existing hardware. Stand dimensions, transport and the event date help define the scope.

06 / Print solutions

Digital & large-format print

Print posters, banners, stickers, labels, menu boards and large-format graphics. The right specification starts with the finished use: a packaging label, framed poster and outdoor banner need different materials and finishing. Send the size, quantity and artwork for a quote.

02 / BUILT AROUND YOUR BRAND

Choose a sign for
the way it will be used.

The same logo needs different treatment on a reception wall, a shopfront and a moving vehicle. These three decisions make a brief more useful than simply asking for “a sign”.

Reading distance & lighting

Will people read it while walking past, approaching a building or standing at a counter? Prioritise the business name or message, then consider letter size and contrast. A night-time site photo is useful when comparing face-lit and halo-lit lettering.

The surface & surroundings

Photograph the actual fixing surface, not only the empty space around it. Painted walls, glazing, cladding and vehicle panels create different constraints. Mention existing graphics, uneven surfaces, nearby doors and any areas where drilling or adhesive is restricted.

Permanent identity or changing message

A permanent logo, a tenant directory and a short-term promotion do not need the same construction. Think about how often the information will change and who will replace it. Ask about replaceable panels, printed inserts or removable graphics where appropriate.

03 / YOUR SPACE, YOUR INDUSTRY

Signage Solutions By Industry

Explore signage for your sector—from a single venue to a multi-site project. Choose an industry to see relevant applications and prepare a brief around your space, audience and operating needs.

Digital Signs & Displays

Plan screen locations, viewing distances and the messages you need to update. Share the installation setting and content requirements.

Restaurants & Bars

Coordinate entrance signs, menu boards and interior directions around the way guests arrive, order and move through your venue.

Retail & Malls

Connect storefront identity with window campaigns, product information and in-store directions. Include the landlord’s design requirements in your brief.

Government

Plan building identification, public information and visitor directions around the project team’s approved wording, specifications and site requirements.

Medical

Help visitors find reception, departments and individual rooms. Have the facility team approve terminology, accessibility and safety specifications.

Property Management

Organise building names, tenant directories, parking information and resident notices. Identify details that need changing as occupants or services change.

Education Signs

Create a consistent route from campus entrances to reception, classrooms and shared facilities, using names and instructions approved by the institution.

Factory & Industrial

Identify work areas, equipment locations and site routes. Supply the responsible site team’s approved hazard messages and required specifications.

Franchises

Adapt approved brand standards across multiple sites. Record each branch’s dimensions, sign quantities and property requirements before planning a rollout.

Transport

Plan vehicle branding, passenger information and collection-point signs around the fleet or facility. Share vehicle details and the routes customers follow.

Advertising

Match campaign graphics and promotional displays to the location, audience and display period. Confirm artwork versions, quantities and permissions.

Real Estate

Prepare property marketing boards, project information and sales-office graphics. Share approved listing details, display locations and campaign dates.

04 / FROM BRIEF TO FINISH

From your first enquiry
to an agreed scope.

A clear specification helps you compare options and avoid missing items in the quotation. The project schedule is confirmed after the artwork, materials and access requirements are understood.

01

Share your brief

Send the service you need, approximate measurements, quantity, site or vehicle photos and target date. Include your logo and tell us if design, removal of an old sign, delivery or installation is required.

02

Define the solution

Discuss the material, finish, lighting and fixing approach. Review the quote for what is included and excluded, including access equipment, artwork preparation and any project-specific documentation.

03

Approve the artwork

Check names, phone numbers, dimensions, colours and the final layout. For bilingual signs, approve the Arabic and English wording and reading order. Confirm the production specification alongside the artwork.

04

Produce & install

Agree the production and delivery or installation arrangements. Confirm access hours, site readiness and the responsible contact. Ask for the care and maintenance information relevant to the chosen materials.

05 / MATERIALS & FINISHES

Compare materials
and lighting effects.

There is no single material that is right for every sign. Start with the appearance, location and intended lifespan, then compare the construction details below. Final suitability depends on the project specification.

Acrylic & dimensional letters

Acrylic can be used for cut lettering, logo elements and sign faces. Compare flat-cut letters with deeper built-up forms: thickness, edge appearance, colour and the way the letters stand off the wall change the result. See reception sign options.

Metal & fabricated signs

Metal lettering and panels can create a brushed, polished or painted appearance. Specify the material and finish rather than “metal” alone, and discuss fixings, exposed edges and cleaning access. Explore custom metal signs.

LED & illuminated signage

Face-lit letters send light through the front; halo-lit lettering lights the surface behind the letters. A lightbox illuminates a larger sign face. Wall colour, sign depth, power and maintenance access influence the choice. Compare illuminated signage.

Vinyl, print & display materials

Printed or cut vinyl is selected around the surface, exposure and removal needs. Vehicle graphics, window film and floor graphics are different applications, not interchangeable specifications. For a large-format print, confirm the substrate, finish and mounting method.

06 / PROJECT PLANNING

What affects the cost
of your signage?

Two signs with the same width can have very different costs. Flat, non-illuminated lettering is a different scope from built-up illuminated letters mounted high on a frontage.

Production: dimensions, number of letters or panels, material, thickness, finish, lighting and quantity affect the work involved.

Preparation and fitting: artwork changes, removal of existing signs, surface preparation, access equipment and electrical or mounting requirements can add separate tasks. Confirm these items in the quotation rather than assuming they are included.

Share your budget range and target date with the brief. Custom work is quoted against the agreed specification, with timing confirmed for your project.

Your quote checklist

  • Purpose: identification, directions, promotion or privacy
  • Finished dimensions and quantity
  • Clear photos of the surface, frontage or vehicle
  • Logo, wording and brand colours
  • Project address, access restrictions and target date
  • Design, removal, delivery or installation required

Al Burooj Advertising L.L.C provides indoor and outdoor signage, illuminated letters, reception signs, vehicle branding, window and wall graphics, event displays and digital printing. The business is based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai. Start with the service category that matches your project or send a photo if you are unsure which solution to request.

A lightbox illuminates a sign face within a box, while illuminated letters form individual characters or logo elements. Compare the appearance against your brand artwork and frontage. Letter depth, wall colour, available power and access for maintenance should be reviewed before deciding.

A full wrap covers a larger area and can carry a more extensive graphic design. Partial graphics or cut lettering can focus on a logo, business name and contact details. The choice depends on your message, available panels and budget. Send the vehicle model and photos so surface condition and layout can be reviewed.

Send the sign or print type, dimensions, quantity, project address and required date. Add photos of the site or vehicle, your logo and any prepared wording. Tell us whether you need design, removal of old graphics, delivery or installation. If measurements are approximate, identify them as estimates.

Yes. Start with a photograph, the purpose of the sign and the information you already have. Tell us what artwork or measurements are missing. Any design assistance or site survey needs to be agreed as part of the scope, and final dimensions should be confirmed before production.

There is no single price for a custom sign. The dimensions, construction, materials, finish, lighting and quantity affect production cost. Artwork preparation, removal, access equipment and installation may add separate work. Request an itemised quotation for your actual specification rather than relying on a generic price per square metre.

Send your logo in a vector format, such as an editable PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, if available, together with brand colours and the approved wording. For photographic prints, include the highest-quality original image you have and the intended print size. If only a screenshot or small image is available, ask the team to review it before treating it as production-ready artwork.

Include both language versions and your preferred layout when you enquire. Check spelling, line breaks, reading order and the relative size of both languages on the artwork proof. Tell us if you need help preparing either version so the required assistance can be confirmed before production.

Timing depends on the approved artwork, material availability, quantity and installation arrangements. Share your target date at the enquiry stage, including any event or opening date. Ask the team to confirm a project-specific schedule before approving the work.

Do not assume installation is included. Specify whether you need supply only, delivery or installation, and ask the quote to list the agreed work. Photos, installation height, fixing surface, power availability and access restrictions help identify requirements that may affect the scope.

Yes, you can send an enquiry with the emirate, site address and required service. Delivery, survey and installation availability outside Dubai are confirmed individually. Al Burooj Advertising’s listed business location is in Al Quoz, Dubai.
